At the heart of Solivagant’s retreats and workshops on death awareness, a series of trancework
death meditations harnesses our awareness and fear of death as a
powerful tool for personal growth. In some ways, these trancework
sessions resemble the core features of Maranasati meditations common to
Buddhist practice, but the sessions offered by Solivagant are secular, and are readily applicable to any spiritual tradition or none.
